Don Cornelius, former host of Soul Train, was arrested on suspicion on domestic abuse. Police were called out to his home his Hollywood Hills home late Friday after someone reported a domestic dispute. The 72-year old producer was taken to jail where he was released on 50,000 and ordered to appear in court next month.
With this being Domestice Violence month, you would have thought he would have shown some consideration and not abuse someone. I am not saying that violence is OK, but a man of his advance age should and would have known not to abuse anybody.

I dont know if he was just high off that ish or if he is telling the truth. Reports are coming in that during the BET Hip Hop Awards, Lil Wayne was accepting his award for Lyricist of the Year when blurted out that he is expecting his first son “any day now.”
“I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him. Pray for me.“
He also won the MVP of the Year award, beating out Jay-Z, DJ Khaled, T.I. and Kanye West. He dedicated the award to his daughter.
Ms. J Hud appears in this month’s Ebony (along with Queen Latifah and Alicia Keys) and also in the Oct 20th issue of Jet. Ms Hudson discusses her relationship with David Otunga. Before reading the article, I did not know that her and David have been dating for over a year and lived in the same Chicago neighborhood but did not know each other.
Here is what she had to say about those vicious comments that her engagement is a publicity stunt:
“I knew that’s exactly what people were going to say and think. I don’t entertain those kinds of things. They don’t know nothing, but think they know everything. You can’t tell people anything; they are quick to tell you what is going on in your life. I don’t get into the gossip and rumors. They don’t know me at all. So I can’t take it personally because they don’t know me personally.”
Ouch.
