In an effort to voice her feelings over the recent deaths of her mother, brother, and son, Julia Hudson updated her Myspace page to say this:

“When I started my MySpace, all of the above was true,” Julia Hudson wrote, referring to an earlier post in which she wrote about having one child, being “always bored” and loving to have fun. It also says, “My sister is Jennifer Hudson, yes the Jennifer Hudson.”

“I guess it’s time to update this,” she continued. “Now because I chose to do what was natural to me and love someone, it cost me my beautiful family. It cost me my beautiful, loving, supporting mother Darnell, my true blue baby brother Jason — I love you baby — and last but never least, my only son Julian, my innocent baby one that was sheltered from all the evil in the world because we loved him so much.”

Julia Hudson concluded the post by writing, “His lil soul is at ease. I take comfort in knowing that Julian is with my mother and my brother and most of all, the Lord, and now he’s my angel, he’s protecting me.”[SOURCE]

I can’t fathom the pain, the sadness, and the loneliness Julia and Jennifer are going through. Remember to tell your love ones how much you love them and appreciate them, you never know when it will be their last day. Continue to keep the Hudson family in your thoughts and prayers.

Reports are coming in that a white SUV belonging to the Hudson family has been found. Inside the vehicle is the body of a child. It is unknown if the child is Jennifer Hudson’s missing nephew, Julian King.

Julian has been missing since Friday when the bodies of his grandmother and uncle were found. Jennifer used her Myspace page to plead for the safe return of her nephew.

Even in the midst of tragedy, we must all set aside petty differences to show support and that is exactly what Tiffany “New York” Pollard did. In a video that is less than one minute in length, TIffany sat aside her issues toward Jennifer Hudson to offer her prayers of support.

A suspect has been caught in connection to the horrible deaths of Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother. Darnell Hudson Donerson, 57, and Jason Hudson, 29, were found shot to death in Donerson’s South side home Friday evening. Julian King, the 7-year old nephew of Jason and Jennifer is still missing.

As I was driving home from work this evening, I received a call from my boss stating that Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother were found dead. My heart stopped, literally. The pain of losing mom is hard, but losing two family members in one day is unbearable. The details are sketchy, but what is known is that a cousin who lived near by found Jennifer’s mom, Darnell Hudson Donerson,  and brother  shot to death in Donerson’s home around 3pm this afternoon.

The mother was found on the living room floor; the brother was found in a bedroom. The crime didn’t appear to be a robbery, police said. The door to the home was not locked when the family member arrived, police said.

Police issued an Amber Alert for a missing 7-year-old child, a nephew of Hudson’s, and identified a man, William Balfour, as a person they’re seeking in connection withe the case.

Police were searching for a missing boy, identified as Julian King — Donerson’s grandson — who may have been abducted by Balfour. Balfour, 27, is a convicted felon who was released from prison in 2006, according to the state Department of Corrections. Police said he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Balfour may be driving a white Chevy Suburban SUV with Illinois license plate X584859 or a teal/green Chrysler Concord four-door sedan with a left front headlight hanging off and scratches along the left side with temporary tags 332K823, police said. [SOURCE]

Ms. J Hud appears in this month’s Ebony (along with Queen Latifah and Alicia Keys) and also in the Oct 20th issue of Jet. Ms Hudson discusses her relationship with David Otunga. Before reading the article, I did not know that her and David have been dating for over a year and lived in the same Chicago neighborhood but did not know each other.

Here is what she had to say about those vicious comments that her engagement is a publicity stunt:

“I knew that’s exactly what people were going to say and think. I don’t entertain those kinds of things. They don’t know nothing, but think they know everything. You can’t tell people anything; they are quick to tell you what is going on in your life. I don’t get into the gossip and rumors. They don’t know me at all. So I can’t take it personally because they don’t know me personally.”

Ouch.
