This past weekend I watched a three hour marathon of Oxygen Channel’s Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood and was instantly hooked. I cant tell you why I am hooked, I just am - I think its because she is kinda ditzy, but very business-savvy and Dean is completely in love with her. Anywho, on her Myspace page, Tori blogs about the new home and of course, the new baby.

Thanks for all your amazing support and I’m glad you are loving the show this season. So, as you’ve seen, we are SO close to being house ready. Well, kinda close. Just hope it’s ready before baby girl comes! We are for sure getting closer though. Poor deans been a little frustrated as you can tell by the ripping off of the mantle incident. But hey, I wanted a new one anyway! And, girls will be girls. That’s just us! Females get in a rhythm and always talk over each other. Girls can maintain 4 conversations at once. That’s what we do!
And, didn’t you love the crossroad keeper? Kirpal was amazing! She said the house had good energy. And, I’m now a believer. Cause the lemon she placed in the guest room closet that had bad energy actually shriveled within the week. So, now we are officially cleansed.
Of course my favorite part of the episode was my little mans first steps. It was amazing! Seeing the proud look on his face melted my heart. Of course first steps lead to running in a heartbeat. He is bombing around everywhere now! I’ve gotten some amazing pics which I’ll have to post for all of you! Too cute. He chases the dogs everywhere.
Well, let’s chat next week and love your little ones with all your heart cause they change and grow in a moment. So don’t blink! But it’s an amazing ride.

“Dear Dallas and Surrounding Areas,
This isn’t a sports blog, and it isn’t a publicity stunt. (but have at me if it feels right.)
This is about doing what I think is right as a person, in this case speaking my mind.
I have never known anyone to have more pride in their home state and their upbringing in it than Jessica Simpson has in Texas. I don’t really follow sports, but I have played some of my biggest and best concerts in your state, and having witnessed how dynamic the spirit there is, I’m betting emotions are running high right about now.
All witty barbs, blogs, and fashion policing aside, that girl loves Texas more than you know. It’s one of her most defining traits as a person. So please don’t try and take that away from her. (You probably wouldn’t be able to, but it’s less work for all involved.)
I just thought it would mean something coming from the guy who has the absolute least to gain from this. And if I’m out of line in having written it, too bad. I can spare a Wednesday’s worth of bad press if it means sticking up for a good soul.
