Not sure if you guys are keeping up with the Olympic trials but you missed a record setting Sunday! Tyson Gay is the new U.S. 100-meter sprint record holder after flying through an Olympics trial race this past weekend in Oregon. Gay’s 9.68 in the 100 meters was the fastest ever, but it was wind-aided. “It tells me I’m in pretty good shape,” Gay says. “We’ve got two more rounds left.” Gay’s 9.77 time was just .05 seconds slower than Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt’s recent world record.

Russell Simmons will be shelling out some major cash to former wife Kimora “Ka-ching, bitches!!!” Lee for child support ($480,000 to be exact). TMZ obtained court documents, filed yesterday, detailing the child support payments for Aoki and Ming Lee.
He has to pay $20,000 a month per child until 2019 for Ming Lee and 2022 for Aoki!!!
Kimora is my hero. She doesnt have to work, but like me, will get bored staying at home collecting a check.
Chris and Ciara’s performance during last night’s BET Awards broadcast has been the talk of the internet. Those two were just short of humping each other. If you noticed the cameraperson kept panning in on Rihanna, hoping to get a shocked reaction. Rih Rih played it beautifully, but I must say he probably got an earfull in the limo.
Last night, Will Smith was a guest on the “Colbert Report”. Stephen Colbert asked him if he supports Barack Obama, and Will announced that he secretly wants to play him in a movie of his life.
He is not lying about America’s fetish with his ears (yes, I love a man with nice, round ears)!!
