The other night, I was in bed watching a movie- Fighting Hyena with a young Jackie Chan. As the credits were rolling, I stated to my husband how cool it would be to see Jackie Chan and Jet Li in a movie together. Fast forward to today, while I was searching for new trailers on Yahoo!, it looks like I will get to see them together in a movie - The Forbidden Kingdom.

Here is the synopsis from IMDB:

An American teenager who is obsessed with Hong Kong cinema and kung-fu classics makes an extraordinary discovery in a Chinatown pawnshop: the legendary stick weapon of the Chinese sage and warrior, the Monkey King. With the lost relic in hand, the teenager unexpectedly finds himself traveling back to ancient China to join a crew of warriors from martial arts lore on a dangerous quest to free the imprisoned Monkey King.

The plot is very corny, but I am a sucker for kungfu movies, especially if they have Jackie Chan or Jet Li in it.

The Forbidden Kingdom hits theaters April 18, 2008.

SOHH is reporting that Pimp C did not die from foul play.

According to KBTV Channel 4 in Port Arthur, Pimp C’s hometown, the Los Angeles coroner’s office has officially ruled out foul play and said there were no signs of trauma.

Investigators are also at least two weeks away from determining the rapper’s cause of death.

Rain from WPGC 95.5 in Washington D.C. had the distinct pleasure of interviewing Raz B’s older brother, Ricky Romance (real name Ricardo Thornton). In it he is claiming the allegations are true that Raz B is now denying. He even drops a bombshell in the interview.

I don’t know if Chris Stokes really did the things that Ricky and Raz are claiming, but I will say that I have always thought that something was not quite right about Stokes.
