I don’t think there should be any question if Casey Aldridge should be charged with statutory rape. Sorry, I don’t care if they’ve been together for three years. I don’t care if she has money. Casey knew she was underage from jumpstreet.

Post Chronicle’s Tittle-Tattle Too section hypothesized Aldridge’s fate:

“It is possible for Casey Aldridge to get in trouble with the law for doing it with sixteen year old girlfriend Jamie Lynn Spears. He may be looking at up to 6 months in prison for misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile. However, since he has been her boyfriend for over three years, it’s also highly unlikely.”

WTF? Highly unlikely?? Genarlow Wilson didn’t stand a chance. Show Casey Aldridge the same courtesy.

I tell you what if he does not have his narrow behind in jail by Thursday morning 10AM CST, I am going to start an online petition to get him there.

In an earlier post, I mentioned that a bench warrrant was requested for R.Kelly. The clever detectives that make up TMZ has found out why he was a no-show: he was sitting on the side of the road busted by Utah police!!

Police sources in Utah tell TMZ that Kelly’s four tour buses were stopped yesterday, after they were spotted going over 100 mph. After the buses were pulled over, the investigating trooper noticed that the bus drivers seemed “tired.” John Q. Law then asked for the buses’ log books (with drivers’ rest and drive info) but they weren’t on board or weren’t updated — a big no-no in Utah.

So the po-po ordered the buses out of service and the passengers were left to find their own transporation.

As of right now his bench warrant will be enforced if he is a no-show tomorrow!

Well if you think your boss is Mr. Scrooge himself, think again, by the end of this post you will be glad to have him/her.

As you all know Tyra Banks just moved her show and staff from L.A. to New York and scored a $30 million contract along the way (she is being groomed to be the new ‘Oprah’ whenever Oprah steps down). Instead of giving out bonuses to her staff, she decides to throw a party in lower Manhattan at some bar. I know, I know you are thinking “what is wrong with a company Christmas party??” Here is the problem, she comes in (all glamorous of course), tells her staff she is leaving for Italy and that she has a special guest…Santa with a sack fill of special gifts.

The special gifts are McDonald’s cheeseburgers. Her staff thinks this is a joke, so they opened the wrapping, hoping there is something more to this “gift”. Nope, this is it, just some old dusty cheeseburgers from McDonalds. So the staff in disgust gets totally wasted.

So when you are thinking about how awful your boss is, think of this story.

It was reported that Lynne Spears’ parenting book has been delayed indefinitely. Thanks to Thomas Nelson for having the balls to pull this project.

“Lynne Spears’s book about raising her famous daughters Britney and Jamie Lynn has been put on hold, the publisher confirms to PEOPLE. “The book is delayed indefinitely. It’s delayed, not cancelled,” says a spokeswoman for Thomas Nelson, which publishes inspirational books and Bibles.

“It had been scheduled for a spring 2008 release and was put on hold last week, says the rep. On Tuesday, news hit that 16-year-old Jamie Lynn is pregnant with her boyfriend’s child.“Publishers’ Weekly described the book as “Lynne Spears’s personal story of raising high-profile children while coming from a low-profile Louisiana community.”

Another Spears baby is reportedly on the way — and it’s not Britney’s.

Jamie Lynn Spears, the 16-year-old “Zoey 101″ star and sister of Britney, tells OK! magazine that she’s pregnant and that the father is her longtime boyfriend, Casey Aldridge.

“It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected,” she says. “I was in complete and total shock and so was he.”

Spears is 12 weeks along and initially kept the news to herself when she learned of the pregnancy from an at-home test and subsequent doctor visit, she told the celebrity magazine, which hits stands in New York on Wednesday and the rest of the country by Friday.

“As soon as I found out for sure from the doctor, I took two weeks to myself where I didn’t tell anybody,” she says. “Only one of my friends knew because I needed to work out what I would do for myself before I let anyone’s opinion affect my decision. Then I told my parents and my friends. I was scared, but I had to do what was right for me.”

Spears broke the news to her mother, Lynne, just before Thanksgiving, the magazine says.

“She was very upset because it wasn’t what she expected at all,” Spears says. “A week after, she had time to cope with it and became very supportive.”

Lynne Spears, already grandmother to Britney’s young sons, says: “I didn’t believe it because Jamie Lynn’s always been so conscientious.

She’s never late for her curfew. I was in shock. I mean, this is my 16-year-old baby.”

She says her actress daughter, the telegenic heroine of the popular Nickelodeon series “Zoey 101,” has known Aldridge for years and began dating him in high school.

Jamie Lynn plans to raise the baby in her home state of Louisiana — “so it can have a normal family life.”

The third season of “Zoey 101″ wraps up Jan. 4.

“I haven’t spoken to (Nickelodeon) personally, but they have always been so great to me over the past years and have given me so many opportunities.”

What message does she want to send to other teens about premarital sex?

“I definitely don’t think it’s something you should do; it’s better to wait,” she says. “But I can’t be judgmental because it’s a position I put myself in.”
