Damn, just when I thought it was safe to listen to the radio again. Troi “Star” Torain and his bunch of hooligans are going back on air starting January 15.
The Star and Buc Wild Show was picked up by Mega Media Group as part of a format change to Pulse 87 (87.7 FM).
I remember when Star made the now infamous on-air comments about DJ Envy’s 4 year old daughter. I remember getting to work and asking my coworkers did they hear what he had said. I was elated when his show was canceled. He was worst than Howard Stern in his shock value. To read more about Star go here and here.

I know it has been many, many moons since I last wrote about my diet. Well, as you probably can guess, I ditched it real fast. Well now I have to start back again. You see my older sister is getting married June ‘08 and I refuse to be referred as “Oh, that Cassandra, the fat baby sister.” Hell to the monkey doodle naw!!*
So my faithful readers, I am asking that you help me stay encouraged, please post words of encourage, maybe even ideas on how you or someone you know lost the weight.

King called Rialto police just before midnight to report the shooting. According to Sgt. Don Lewis, King was struck in the face and arm — with what appeared to be pellets or birdshot. When police arrived at King’s home, they reported that King and others inside appeared drunk. The man got shot in the face — he deserves a drink!
King was taken to a local hospital, and his wounds were not believed to be life-threatening.

I have tried to avoid posting or comenting on Britney Spears, but this is helluva ridiculous. The Britster has now been accused of stealing a wig from a Sex shop. The incident happened in the wee hours of November 18.
Sources told US Weekly that Brit Brit became annoyed when staff told her she could not try on lingerie for hygenic reasons (EWWWWW!!). Clearly frazzled, she then take off her pants in front of shocked shoppers.
“Staff employees told her they don’t allow people to try on underwear.
“She looked out of it. There was nothing going on behind her eyes.
“She threw a fit and took off her underwear and tried on a pair of boy shorts with ‘Barely Legal’ stitched across the rear end in the middle of the store while 15 other customers looked on.
“The employees kept saying, ‘Don’t change out here!’ She’s just like, ‘Well, I couldn’t take them in the fitting room!’
“It was like dealing with a child.”
Brit paid for the lingerie and stormed out, allegedly swiping the wig off a mannequin on her way.
